To Save Money On Shipping
We suggest the following :
• Choose USPS PRIORITY MAIL option at check-out.
• To reduce your shipping cost we will use USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes if your products fit in the boxes.
• The total cost of shipping will be $11 for the Medium size box or $16 for the Large size box (depending on how large of an order you place).
• We will Reimburse any amount charged above the Flat Rate Box rates for your order size.
• Your food will be delivered in 2-3 business days.
$5 charge will apply for the thermo insulated packaging and ice packs if your order has perishable items.
Example 1 : You selected USPS PRIORITY MAIL at checkout and your shipping cost is $25. All your products fit in 1 Medium Flat Rate Box. We will reimburse you $14 ($25-$11). Your actual shipping cost is $11
Example 2 : You selected USPS PRIORITY MAIL at checkout and your shipping cost is $25. All your products fit in 2 Medium Flat Rate Boxes. We will reimburse you $3 ($25-$11-$11). Your actual shipping cost is $22
Example 3 : You selected USPS PRIORITY MAIL at checkout and your shipping cost is $25. All your products fit in 1 Large Flat Rate Box. We will reimburse you $9 ($25-$16). Your actual shipping cost is $16
Example 4 : You selected USPS PRIORITY MAIL at checkout and your shipping cost is $27. All your products fit in 1 Medium Flat Rate Box and 1 Large Flat Rate Box. We do not reimburse. ($27-$16-$11). Your actual shipping cost is $27

All packages will be shipped via FedEx or USPS. Please be available to receive your shipment so that you can inspect it and refrigerate perishable items as soon as possible. If the package is left at the door, Delitoyoudirect.com will not be able to take responsibility if any perishable products spoil. Please inspect all products the moment they arrive. If your shipment arrives tampered with, or otherwise damaged, please contact FedEx or USPS and our customer service department immediately. Remember to keep all packing and products exactly as they arrived.
Option - Ship to your place of work by providing new shipping address during checkout.
We ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays (unless the FedEx Overnight Delivery is selected) due to the fact that products will be held in the USPS or FedEx storage facility over the weekend and the products will spoil. If you selected FedEx 2 Day we will ship Monday-Wednesday. If you placed the order after 11:59 AM Pacific Time on Monday we will ship it next Monday. If you placed the order before 11:59 AM Pacific Time on Monday we will ship it this coming Tuesday. If you placed the order before 10:00 AM Pacific Time and selected FedEx Overnight or FedEx 2 Day Delivery we will ship it at the same day. If you placed the order after 10:00 AM Pacific Time and selected FedEx Overnight or FedEx 2 Day Delivery we will ship it next day.
Shipping costs depend on weight, distance, bulk, carrier and method of shipment.
Your order must be in a minimum of 24 hours prior to shipping. It can take up to 3 business days for orders to leave our warehouse. Because of shipping limitations, we cannot ship packages for delivery on the following holidays, and the day immediately following each holiday: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Your credit card will be charged when we ship your order.
To ensure that you receive all your products in good condition we use a special thermo-insulated packaging system with reusable ice gel packs. This packaging is designed to maintain full product freshness while in transit. We use an air tight, fully insulated, temperature retaining packaging system that keeps its contents cool for a full 48 hours in ambient temperatures of up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit or 24 hours in temperatures up to 105 degrees.
Through the use of the Delitoyoudirect.com packaging system, Delitoyoudirect.com can absolutely guarantee that the food products you receive from us are in the same fresh condition as when they left our facility if you select Overnight Delivery option from USPS or FedEx or FedEx 2 Day.

The shipping cost for the Overnight or FedEx 2 Day includes cost of the thermo-insulated box and ice packs. Boxes will contain product, ice bags, and packaging material. Additionally, this packaging and refrigerant gel packs are reusable - so you may use them over and over again. In the winter months, we may utilize a less robust system for the cooler states.
Please allow between 2-6 business days for FedEx Ground Delivery and between 7-11 business days for USPS Ground Delivery.
Each package can contain up to 30 lbs of product. Any order placed that is larger than 30 lbs will be shipped in multiple boxes.
When the order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information for your package and your credit card will be charged.
Please note that delays may occur during transit due to weather conditions, product availability, national holidays, and other factors.
Perishable items: Overnight or 2 Day shipping is required. During checkout select Overnight or 2 Day. This way we can guarantee the freshness of the products.
Non perishable items: FedEx – Ground, FedEx - 2day, FedEx - Overnight, USPS – Parcel, USPS – Priority, USPS – Express is available.
Combined orders: To save money we recommend you to split your order in two or more orders so only the order with perishable items will be shipped Overnight or 2 Day Delivery.
We are not responsible for products that spoil due to: packages left at the door for extended periods of time, packages sent back to freight location because nobody was available at the time of delivery, or delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Due to the perishable nature of many of our products we can accept returns or exchanges only if you contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Please store the items appropriately and call us at 877-806-5983 within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange a return or exchange for you. We do not accept returns that have not been authorized, so we urge you not to refuse delivery or send back items without calling us before.
Once the items have been received back at our store a credit for the cost of the items will be issued to your account, unless you have selected an exchange. Shipping charges are non refundable.
